Health Alliance consolidates offices at Lincoln Square Village

On May 30,2005, Health Alliance consolidated its offices and over 400 employees into one location in Lincoln Square. Lincoln Square Mall is investing significantly to transform itself into Lincoln Square Village - a mixed use Urban Village in which to shop, live, play, work, and do business. Health Alliance will become the anchor office tenant in the Village. A new entrance to the Village will be created on the southeast corner, near the farmers market.

The plans for Health Alliance offices include 56,000 square feet on the lower level of the building, 11,000 square feet on the main level, and 8,000 square feet on the upper level. All levels have access to private courtyards, with innovative landscaping and lots of natural light. In addition, a skylight will be added to the main level that carries light through all levels of the building, opening and illuminating the building for all office and retail tenants.
