Lincoln Square - an Urban Village

Cardinal Fitness Center

The Cardinal Fitness Center will occupy 8,400 square feet of the main floor of the Village. Primarily owned by Pete Vdrolyak, a graduate of the University of Illinois, Cardinal Fitness has twenty-three locations, with seven in the Chicago area.

The center offers extremely competitive membership rates and other great benefits, including separate locker rooms, each with three showers, personal training sessions, and great family plans. Vdrolyak emphasizes, "We are a family fitness center. We offer our members a supervised kid's room, a tanning facility, and many different types of cardio and fitness equipment."

Cardinal Fitness will be open by March 2005. Across from Cardinal Fitness, Milo's restaurant will be expanding to provide early morning coffee, pastries, and breakfast. Park, work out, and catch a bite to eat - all before work, or after, in one convenient location.
